East
Africa is one of the richest bird areas in the world. With a wealth
of different habitats, often close to each other, it's quite easy
to spot over 100 species in one day.
Bird-watchers are people who enjoy looking at birds, or hearing
them, without hunting or catching them. Bird-watchers
want to know the names of the birds, and how to tell them apart,
they admire the beauty of birds and observe their habits.
On open savannah plains where big safaris are common, we encounter
excellent bird watching opportunities for some unusual ground dwellers
like the Ground Hornbill, all Secretary bird, Eagles, vultures,
and ostrich the largest bird on earth. The following itineraries
are just examples of trips we have made for others but they should
give you an idea of what Kenya and Njewa car hire and adventure
Limited have to offer.
